I welcome the opportunity and privilege to walk with people in their journey of healing and growth. I believe reaching out is the hardest but bravest step. In building a safe and trusting relationship with my clients, it allows them to take this step with confidence. I believe that in spite of difficult thoughts, feelings, and emotions, individuals can live a full and meaningful life.
“People travel to wonder at the height of mountains, at the huge waves of the sea, at the long courses of rivers, at the vast compass of the ocean, at the circular motion of the stars; and they pass by themselves without wondering” – St. Augustine
I have a specific interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but believe in an integrative approach, as each client is unique. I believe that in spite of difficult thoughts, feelings, and emotions, people deserve to and can live a full and meaningful life.
I love animals, especially dogs.
